Delivery & Sales Information
- There is a lead time of at least 1 - 2 days on all products supplied by Carousel gifts
- Orders must be placed and paid for by 12 pm, otherwise they will be processed the next day
- Orders are delivered only on working days i.e. no deliveries are made on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays/Public Holidays.
- Shipment will not be made until the full payment has been received
- Orders valued at over €60.00 are delivered free of charge
Once the order has been received your product(s) will be packaged and dispatched for delivery to you.
Our warehouse will send a dispatch email when the order leaves us. This email contains tracking number(s) and contact details for the carrier.
Delivery usually takes place one or two days after a customer receives the dispatch email, but sometimes the delivery can be delayed until the third day. This is especially true for very rural areas of the country.
As the customer has selected to conduct business online, we expect them to be available on those days to receive and sign for the delivery. If the courier has made one attempt to deliver and if the customer is not available, the courier will leave a calling card and the customer will have 7 days to contact the courier company and request a second delivery. After seven days without contact from the customer, the courier will return the order to Carousel Gifts for collection. If we are requested by the customer to re-dispatch the order there will be a second delivery charge.
Pre/Post Sales Advice and Phone Orders
Because Carousel Gifts is a retailer, we offer our customers the opportunity to purchase in-store as well as online. We have a small but dedicated sales team available to handle calls, but queries can be dealt with more efficiently using our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deletion of your Personal Data
We are unable to delete your Carousel Gifts Online account information containing your personal information for a period of 7 years from the date of your last interaction with us (this could be a sales transaction, a return, or some other interaction with Carousel Gifts Online via our Customer Services team or our online tools). This is because we may need to access historical information for business reporting and accounting purposes. Please note however, that at any point in time you may opt in or out of marketing communications via the 'your account' section of this website.
